Each year, community investors trust United Way with their dollars. Dollars invested in community change.
 
The Waverly-Shell Rock United Way invites non-profit agencies serving residents in Bremer and part of Butler Counties to apply for funding.  Are you interested in receiving funds and partnering with us to impact your community? We would like to hear from you!
 
Funding Guidelines:
  • Must be a 501c3 agency serving residents in Bremer County (and parts of Butler County)
  • Programs must meet an identified need in the areas of Education, Income, or Health
  • Agencies are encouraged to develop partnerships
  • Programs must have measurable outcomes
  • Agencies may submit more than one application
2020 Funding Application Process
This will be a ONE year grant cycle.
NEW - All applications will be submitted online.  Agencies must create an online web account in order to access the online application.
 
Application Released:  December 12, 2018  (Training will be held at the Quarterly Agency Meeting - December 12, at 8:30am).
Applications Due:  Friday, March 15, 2019, at 4pm
Clarification Questions:  (if any) sent to agencies by March 22, 2019.  Due back March 29, 2019
Agency Hearings:  April 15, 16, and 18, 2019, 5:30pm to 8:30pm
Award Letters Mailed:  By June 1, 2019
